Super Fund Home Loan
Description The Super Fund Home Loan is designed to provide loans to authorised Australian self-managed super funds ("SMSF") for the purpose of purchasing residential investment property.
Target Market Customers that have or are planning to establish a self managed super fund that complies with the Superannuation Industry Supervision Act (SIS). Under the Act, the SMSF is allowed to purchase investment residential property.

Switching Switching is NOT available on this product except between the available Super Fund fixed and variable rate options.

Maximum: No maximum
Repayment Type / Loan Term Principal & Interest: 4 - 30 years
Interest Based Term: maximum of 15 years (The loan term has a maximum period of 30 years.)At the end of the interest based term the repayments automatically change to Principal and Interest for the remainder of the contract term.Repayment Pause is NOT available on this product
Administration Fees $12 - monthly
LVR Maximum 72% LVR (90% of the maximum LVR applicable for the various security types without LMI – eg. When the max LVR is 70% we will lend up to 63%)
LMI LMI is not applicable
Repayments Weekly, fortnightly or monthly frequencies allowed on Principal & Interest loans. Monthly frequency only for Interest Based repayments.
Interest Offset Partial Interest Offset and 100% Mortgage Equaliser available (Mortgage Equaliser available on variable rate only).
Principal Reductions Allowable on Principal & Interest loans and on Interest Based loans.
Redraw Facility Redraw facility is NOT available on this product
Rate Lock fee This fee is payable if the customer wishes to 'lock in' the prevailing fixed rate. This ensures the rate will not rise (but can decrease) above the "locked rate" for a period of 90 days from the date of the customer’s request.
